Hi, I’m Megan, the heart behind Beyond The Page – where a lifelong love of reading meets practical, personalized support for authors and readers.

For over 15 years, I’ve been deeply involved in the book world as an ARC and beta reader, offering thoughtful feedback and a reader’s insight to help authors shape their stories. My passion naturally grew into something more, I’ve attended countless book events both as a fan and as an author assistant, always looking for ways to support the storytellers behind the scenes.

Based on the stunning Kāpiti Coast in Wellington, New Zealand, I launched Beyond The Page to provide indie authors with the kind of hands on support and creativity that makes promotions feel personal and powerful. I specialize in romance, fantasy/romantasy, dark romance, reverse harem, dystopian, post-apocalyptic, and paranormal, the genres I love most as both a reader and a fan. That said, I’m always up for a new challenge, and I love reaching beyond my comfort zone to explore new to me genres. If your book doesn’t fit into these categories, I’m still all in I believe every story deserves a spotlight.

I work with tools like Canva, Book Brush, BookFunnel and more to design stunning promo content, and I use TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to help authors grow and engage their audience.

A unique part of Beyond The Page is my line of custom candles, scented creations inspired by book scenes, characters, and fantasy worlds. Whether it’s the broody energy of your MMC, the sweet warmth of a HEA, or the wild magic of a fantasy realm, I create scents that bring your story to life in a whole new way. They're perfect for swag boxes, giveaways, or just adding an immersive touch for readers.
